IAG Supports Baycrest’s Decades Dance: Jukebox Jive 2025

A Celebration of Community, Compassion, and Lasting Impact

At International Automotive Group (IAG), we believe every strong community is built on shared values—care, connection, and the willingness to show up for one another. This year, we were proud to once again support the Baycrest Foundation and Generation NeXt at the Decades Dance: Jukebox Jive 2025, an annual event dedicated to advancing research, care, and innovation in brain health.

The evening was more than a celebration. It was a powerful reminder of why giving back matters—and why IAG continues to stand behind this important cause.

A Cause Close to Home

Dementia touches countless families across Canada, including many within our own IAG community. Baycrest’s mission—to defeat dementia through groundbreaking research and world-leading brain-health innovation—is one we wholeheartedly support.

Our involvement with the Decades Dance reflects a commitment we take seriously:
To uplift the communities we serve, and to support organizations that make a real and measurable impact.

Baycrest’s work spans advanced research, early-detection tools, prevention strategies, and person-centered care for older adults. The funds raised at this annual event fuel these initiatives and help accelerate the progress researchers and clinicians are making every day.

A Night of Retro Flair and Real Purpose

This year’s event transported guests straight into the heart of the 1950s. With vibrant décor, classic tunes, and guests dressed in nostalgic flair, the evening captured the spirit of a true jukebox-era celebration.

But behind the fun was an unmistakable sense of purpose.

  • Guests came together to support Baycrest’s groundbreaking efforts in dementia research.
  • Donors connected with the mission on a deeply personal level.
  • Community leaders—including IAG—stood proudly behind an event that has become a cornerstone of support for Baycrest.

Hosted by Generation NeXt, the sold-out event brought together professionals in their 40s and 50s with strong ties to the cause. Their leadership, passion, and dedication continue to drive the event’s incredible momentum.

$1.5 Million Raised and Counting

Over the past three years, the Decades Dance has raised more than $1.5 million—a remarkable achievement made possible by the generosity of donors, partners, and sponsors.

These funds support:

  • Innovative dementia-prevention research at the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Health & Wellness
  • Improved early-detection and diagnostic tools
  • Forward-thinking care models for older adults
  • Programs and services that help individuals age fearlessly and with dignity

For IAG, being part of this progress is deeply meaningful. We are proud to contribute to an event that not only raises awareness but also fuels real scientific and clinical advancements.

Why IAG Gives Back

At IAG, giving back is not a box we check—it’s a responsibility we embrace.

We support Baycrest because:

  • We believe in strengthening the communities where we live and work.
  • We value partnerships that drive meaningful impact.
  • We want to support the families and individuals affected by dementia.
  • We are committed to contributing to a future where healthier aging is possible for everyone.

This is more than philanthropy. It’s part of our identity.

A Heartfelt Thank-You

This year, IAG received a warm message of appreciation from the Baycrest Foundation—a reminder that our participation truly matters.

The words that resonated most were simple yet powerful:
Your support helps propel the science that will shape the future.

We are honoured to be part of this mission and deeply grateful for the trust Baycrest places in its partners.
